Lincoln architect Scott Sullivan is spearheading a project to rehabilitate the Epworth Church, including preservation of the exterior of the building while reusing the interior spaces to accommodate housing units and possible neighborhood service uses such as a child daycare, community room, offices, art studios, etc.
